Tubes from ø4 up to ø64 are processed in the plant
Tubes from ø4 to ø64 are processed in the plant; We also process capillary tubes with an outer diameter from ø1.8 to ø3 mm.
A wide range of sizes in coils or bars are available in stock; In addition to the traditional measurements in mm (Ø4-5-6-8-10-12-14-15-16-18-20-22-28-35-42-54-64) we have introduced tubes in inches.
Production is served by automatic warehouses where components (fittings, brazing jigs, etc.) are stored and are an integral part of the material requirements planning (MRP).
We have a real-time situation of all stocks, we keep track of every picking with proper FIFO warehouse management.
The processes carried out in the company are:
- Straightening, Cutting with disc and/or orbital saw
- Automatic bending with and without internal core in autonomous machines or in robotic cells
- Shaping and deformation in thrust and rolling, crowning, tapering, widening of various kinds on various diameters
- Automatic flat drilling, t-drill, flowdrill
- Applications of brass fittings and rubber gaskets
- Manual and automatic brazing CU/CU CU/OTT AL/AL with self-production of Hydrogen-Oxygen
- Brazing with nitrogen flow inside
- Supply of pipes including thermal insulation
- Composition of accessory kits consisting of pipes and fittings
- Manufacture of complete sub-assemblies as well as heat exchanger piping, three-way valves, liquid indicators, charging connections, for cooling sector
- Air leak test of brazed pipes
- Automatic washing with vacuum drying
